Terms of Service

Convos is free to download and use for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App, except where applicable law expressly permits it. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute the App or its contents (including its question packs) without our written permission.

The App's packs require a Convos Plus subscription, offered in two options:

• Yearly: $34.99 per year, with a 7-day free trial.
• Weekly: $2.99 per week.

Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID and automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your iOS device's Settings app, under your Apple ID subscriptions. Prices are shown in USD, may vary by region, and are subject to change. Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their own policies — we are not able to issue refunds directly.

We may add, change, or remove features of the App over time, including adding new question packs or adjusting existing ones. We aim to keep the App working well on supported versions of iOS, but we do not guarantee that every feature or every version of the App will be supported indefinitely.

You agree not to use the Services to:

• Harass, abuse, or harm another person.
• Share illegal, hateful, or otherwise unlawful content with others through the App.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or interfere with the App, the Site, or related infrastructure.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services.

The Services are intended for users aged 13 and older. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you should review these Terms with a parent or guardian before making any in-app purchase, including a Convos Plus subscription.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hakan Turinay will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data or any harm arising from conversations or relationships facilitated by the App, arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Antalya, Turkey, except where applicable consumer protection law gives you the right to bring a claim in your own country of residence.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continuing to use the Services after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
